CalcPro offers both free and premium calculators: Free tools: Available to all users without registration. These include loan, mortgage, percentage, BMI, and other essential calculators. Premium tools: Available with a subscription ($4.99/month). These include Financial Planning Suite, Business Valuation Calculator, Investment Portfolio Analyzer, and export features. We reserve the right to modify which tools are free vs. premium, but core calculators will always remain free.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the calculators • Use automated scripts to scrape or overload the Service • Reproduce or redistribute calculator content without permission • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

The CalcPro name, logo, design, and original content are intellectual property of Toolly. Calculator formulas use standard, publicly available mathematical equations. Individual calculator implementations and user interface designs are original works of CalcPro.

CalcPro and Toolly shall not be liable for: • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Financial losses resulting from decisions based on calculator results • Service interruptions or errors • Third-party actions or content The Service is provided at no cost, and the maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for premium services in the 30 days preceding any claim.

Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. In summary: we do not collect your personal data or calculator inputs. All processing happens in your browser.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
